The Versadex conference was founded by Versaterm customers in 1993 and run by users ever since. Versaterm is a Four J’s Value Added Reseller specializing in advanced information and management systems for municipal Public Safety agencies. As official sponsor, Four J’s executives were present to witness an impressive event, which opened to soothing hymns sung by the Christian Brothers High School Choir as the honor guard (below) presented the colours.

Key themes developed during the conference were mobile management, license plate recognition, bait vehicle technology and of course the latest features of Versaterm’s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Record Management System (RMS) and the Versadex Crime Analysis Package (VCAP) – an integrated business intelligence component of Versadex developed jointly with the Police for the crime analyst.



About the Versadex Conference

The conference is organized and hosted by a different police agency each year. Participants from a variety of agencies deliver presentations on specific aspects of the Versadex product suite, or on the latest technological developments affecting policing. Next year's event will be held in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
