As Chief Financial Officer, Xavier's key role is to perform the financial reporting and management of the Four Js Group.

Prior to Four Js, Xavier spent 10 years at Brandt & Segula as Finance Director. Prior to this, he performed the role of Director Group Accounting for 10 years at Moulinex and Arjo-Wiggins.

Xavier started his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young for 6 years after graduating in finance and administration at the Business School of Angers and also in Accounting.
